COVID-19 UPDATE: How Lighthouse Professional Services is working for you

Contract, Temporary, Permanent ...

Many of you have been in touch asking us if we’re still open for business. The answer is yes – we’re committed to providing you with the best possible service while keeping our employees safe.

On this page, you’ll find answers to all your questions about what we can do for you during coronavirus.

All our services are running as normal and all our staff are working remotely and are here to support you. Whilst we do not anticipate any delay in how you communicate with us, if it does happen please get in touch with the team member you last spoke to via their LinkedIn profile.

You can also get in touch with us via our usual social media channels and our main email address. If that happens, please get in touch with the team member you last spoke to via their LinkedIn profile.

Over the past few weeks, not only have our Operations and Technology team worked hard to ensure that we can keep our business running virtually but our consultants have seamlessly transitioned to working virtually, which combined means we believe we can help support our clients with virtual meeting spaces, video interviews, and phone meetings and virtual onboarding practices for our clients.

If you’re a client who’s looking to hire, we’ll support you in getting alternative processes up and running. We’re also contacting all candidates currently in the interviewing or hiring process to make sure they’re up to date on everything that’s happening.

If you’re looking for a new job, we’re here for you too, and we still have plenty of opportunities for you – click here to view all our vacancies.

In the next few weeks, we’ll be offering a range of support tools that you can access from home. To make sure you don’t miss these, follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn.

Meanwhile, it’s as close as possible to business as usual at Lighthouse Professional Services, and you can rest assured that we’re still here to help you with all your job-seeking or hiring needs, or even if you are not actively looking but feel you would benefit from the opportunity to discuss your next career move and aspirations. We hope you’re safe and well and keeping your spirits up, and we look forward to working with you face-to-face again when things are back to normal.
