There isn’t a formalized job description, but duties would be data entry (3 way match, coding and keying invoices), filing, and printing emails.  We would prefer someone with some accounting related experience if possible, and would like someone who has critical thinking skills and is somewhat analytical.  Our A/P department is getting behind and needs someone who can help them catch up, but doesn’t necessarily need to have a breadth of A/P experience.


This is a part-time, 20 hour per week position lasting through the end of January 2021 (that’s the projection right now).  We would need someone four hours a day, five days a week (Friday would be 7:30-11:30a).  It would be on-site at our office in Winston Salem (across the street from Hanes Brands).  There is some possibility for remote work, but not much.  Pay rate is $18/hr.


We would want candidates to be sent to me and then I will review and submit to the hiring manager.  She will decide who she would like to bring onsite for an interview. We would also need a drug screening (if you do in-office that’s fine) and a background screening going back seven years.
