Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to their order processing and purchasing department.
- Preparing and following up on manufacturing schedules/shop orders, various production reports, and processing purchase orders.
- The individual must have a solid work ethic, good attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- 3 - 5 years of administrative/business experience.
- Proficient knowledge of ERP systems, MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
