Responsibilities include:
- Creating paperwork in QuickBooks for daily Production: Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Conducting Inventory of supplies for lab & offices
- Placing orders with vendors
- Receiving incoming shipments & stocking shelves
- Submitting payroll details
- Creating QuickBooks reports for company President & tax accountant
- Receptionist duties: Greeting guests, answering phones, taking messages
Requirements:
2 years’ experience using QuickBooks, Associates Degree or higher, Excellent organizational skills.
