  • Provides administrative support to management
  • Directs all incoming visitors to appropriate host following security protocol
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, expense report processing and reimbursement
  • Screens, takes messages and directs telephone calls from employees and external customers
  • Performs various Human Resource activities including: Background screening & reference checks, New Hire set-up, announcements & orientation and creation of personnel folders
  • Manages and prioritizes action items through the use of Microsoft Office
  • Provides calendar management, meeting and event planning coordination
  • Plans and organizes meetings, in person, teleconferences and video conferences
  • Makes any necessary room rental, reservation or catering arrangements including delivery to conference rooms for internal meetings
  • Prepares, produces and distributes various routine and specialized presentations, reports, letters and white papers using some judgment for format layout
  • Creates graphs and charts for various projects using spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Supports proposal development, red team priorities and other initiatives often within tight deadlines

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Team player, ability to work independently while meeting deadlines, handles a high volume of work
  • 5+ years of related experience including progressively responsible and varied administrative duties plus High School Diploma or GED
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • US Citizenship
