Support sales personnel and marketing supervisor by searching for bids, helping to prepare and submit bids, processing orders, track and follow up on customer support cases.  Support logistics group by handling domestic and international shipments and shipping claims.

Job Duties:

  • Handle order and RMA processing
  • Review purchase orders and letters of credits against quotations, resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain databases (ERP and CRM) by inputting order and end-user details
  • Search for bid opportunities, work with sales personnel to prepare and submit responses
  • Prepare sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials
  • Support service technician by logging cases, sending follow ups
  • Assist with a variety of domestic and international shipments including UPS/FedEx to more complex letter of credits, export license applications, and shipping claims
  • Assist with phone answering
  • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
