AP/AR Coordinator


Essential Job Duties:

Accounts Payable

  • Invoicing
  • Weekly Check Runs
  • Pay Online Bills
  • Vendor Coordination
  • Set up of New Suppliers


Accounts Receivable

  • Coordinate with sales and assist with collections by calling customers
  • Assist with cash applications
  • May assist with setting up customers
  • Billing backup

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Heavy Accounts Payable experience
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of AP/AR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent computer skills in a windows environment; MRP/ERP software, MS Office, especially Excel
