Temp to Perm

Responsibilities:

• SMT and thru hole soldering of components on Military PC Boards
• Solder ICs, resistors, and capacitors onto boards
• Perform complete build of boards from start to finish
• Perform rework and repair of failed components on boards
• Perform touch up on final products before inspection
• Work from detailed blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Perform ECO upgrades to boards using detailed blue prints based off of BOM’s
• Familiar with working under high powered microscopes
• Perform soldering and wiring to boards
• Use screws and epoxy to attach some hardware to boards
• Work with Engineers building prototype boards from start to finish

Qualifications: 

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years assembly experience 
• US Citizenship required
