Responsibilities
- Developing and building relationships with managers in order to understand their business and roles within the organization
- Working with the hiring managers to understand job specifications and desired qualifications for each position
- Working with Human Resources team to ensure talent goals are met including internal, external, diversity and early career hiring
- Maintaining records in the ATS and may be asked to produce reports on all phases of the recruitment process
- Participating in job fairs / college recruiting to source potential candidates and promoting industry awareness
- Conducting reference and background checks and prepare job offers
- Scheduling phone and in-house interviews including travel and other logistics
- Scheduling and/or conducting new employee on-boarding processes
- Supporting, communicating, reinforcing and defending the mission, values and culture of the organization.?
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 3+ years direct technical recruitment experience required
- Experience in a fast paced, high volume environment and a strong sense of humor
