We are currently seeking a CRM-Marketing Specialist  in Shelton, CT.

Position Summary and Special Duties:

Looking for an energetic, ROI-minded CRM / Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience to serve as the primary Salesforce Lightning platform administrator. This is a full-time position. Ideally this candidate will be based at our corporate office in Shelton, CT but we may consider candidates that work remotely; occasional travel may be required. Essential Functions • Communicate the company value proposition to increase brand awareness, generate demand and position FSP as industry experts. • Conceptualization, copywriting and project management of print and digital content including collateral templates, brochures, sell sheets, PDFs, white papers, storyboarding, videos, infographics and other downloadable, digestible content. • Day-to-Day maintenance, support, troubleshooting and training for our Salesforce User Community. • Oversee internal and external web- site content including updates, ensure search engine optimization, design of landing pages, microsites, quarterly blog, and report on analytics. • Maintain document control for all literature, packaging and labeling • Work interdepartmentally to ensure technical accuracy of content development. • Strict adherence to deadlines is critical. • Evangelist for Salesforce adoption. These are the general duties required to fulfill the CRM / Marketing Specialist role, not a detailed description of all work required. New duties and responsibilities may be required to meet the changing demands of the business. EDUCATIONAL/JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in related field required • Salesforce admin certification preferred, with the ability to retain relevant certifications • 3 -5 years of experience with project management, from planning through implementation. • Special consideration will be given to candidates with marketing communications experience • Well-versed in Salesforce Lightning, Publisher, Adobe, graphic design software, social media platforms, apps and add-ons. • Strong communication skills
