Customer Service Account Manager
- Customer inquiries, processing orders and purchasing, follow-up on all orders, confirming delivery dates, scheduling shipments and expediting, quoting customers, assisting salespeople as needed and communicating with them regarding customer needs.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with an ability to organize and follow through.
- Although part of a team, the Account Manager works independently and for this reason, attention to detail is critical. It is a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking is necessary.
- The ability to proficiently use Microsoft office programs is necessary. The order processing software is SL Dynamics.
