Main Job Duties:

  • Change Dates and Quantity on customer orders
  • Increase contract terms for customers.
  • Customer Liaison: Interfacing with customers on issues, orders, etc. 
  • Communicating via phone and email to confirm orders. 
  • Working with customers to change dates on orders. 
  • Expediting reports  
  • Maintaining contracts; changing dates on orders as needed.
  • Working with team members on the floor
  • Reviewing pricing and issues for customers
  • Attending Production meetings with management and staff members
  • Printing Orders and checking status of orders
