Job Duties:
• Maintain knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to customers
• Provide information about relevant products and services to customers
• Make product suggestions to meet the customer’s specific needs
• Field incoming customer phone calls and respond to phone messages
• Respond to customer questions submitted via email or our website
• Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues
• Obtain information from customers and follow up
• Process orders

EDUCATION PREFERRED
High School Diploma or equivalent 1 + years of experience in Customer Service Role
team.
