Position Summary and Special Duties: As a (an) Administrative Assistant Warranty your day to day duties will consist of and may not be limited to: Assists the Warranty Manager in coordinating and overseeing the field offices.Assists the Assistant Manager of Modifications in coordinating all Field Modificationactivities.Handles all office administrative needs, including ensuring that the office is properlyequipped to support the Warranty Manager.Organizes and maintains the file system for the Warranty office. Overview:Responsible for accounting for worldwide insurance operations, Canadian insurance operations, investment management companies, charitable 501(c) (3), or a combination thereof. Controls general ledger (G/L) activity and monthly closings. Monitors account reconciliations. Prepares or oversees preparation of various monthly and quarterly management accounts and supporting schedules. Job Functions & ResponsibilitiesWorks with limited supervision, in accordance with the Project Management procedure guidelines, to ensure that equipment and systems meet all design, code, procurement, implementation and licensing requirements, operating and maintenance intents.Performs a variety of routine tasks that are planned to provide experience and familiarize the engineer with his/her work group, engineering methods, practices, and programs of the Authority.
