  • Providing product installation and customer training as-needed. 

  • Supporting Customers with activities, with a focus on preventative and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and customer relationship management.  

  • Troubleshoot/diagnose and resolve technical issues on a various complex subsystems

  • Manage service calls, scheduling, parts inventory and administrative duties.  

  • Document service activities. Providing periodic reports including customer complaints, trend analyses, and suggest improvements. 

  • Review technical documents to maintain current laboratory practices and procedures. 

  • Creating, updating and maintaining Technical Procedures, Manuals and other documentation as necessary to incorporate revisions for product. 

  • Working with cross functional internal departments like: technical support, manufacturing, R&D, and sales.  

Requirements & Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with related experience. 

  • A minimum of 5 years of field service or engineering experience. 

  • Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues on electro-mechanical assemblies.
