Responsibilities:
-
Providing product installation and customer training as-needed.
-
Supporting Customers with activities, with a focus on preventative and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and customer relationship management.

Troubleshoot/diagnose and resolve technical issues on a various complex subsystems
-
Manage service calls, scheduling, parts inventory and administrative duties.

Document service activities. Providing periodic reports including customer complaints, trend analyses, and suggest improvements.

Review technical documents to maintain current laboratory practices and procedures.

Creating, updating and maintaining Technical Procedures, Manuals and other documentation as necessary to incorporate revisions for product.

Working with cross functional internal departments like: technical support, manufacturing, R&D, and sales.
Requirements & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with related experience.
-
A minimum of 5 years of field service or engineering experience.
-
Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues on electro-mechanical assemblies.
