Global HR Operations Manager
You will work along with the Director, Total Rewards & Operations to deliver on the people operations strategy and implementation of key processes, programs, and policies that enable the Talent & HR business partner teams to operate efectively and deliver a world-class employee experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong business partner that is agile, knowledgeable across HR systems, programs, and processes landscape. She/he is an experienced action-oriented individual who will work across our global HR team and in partnership with other organizational stakeholders such as Payroll, FP&A, IT, Legal, Total Rewards’ analysts.
This position will lead an operations team with the focus on creating innovative employee self-service capability, identify learning opportunities for the company, and streamline and automate processes. This role is an integral member of a small team that is very hands on for the day-to-day, while identifying areas to streamline, improve processes and automate existing practices.
Leads and prioritizes the Human Resource Operations team’s workload by managing resource allocation and capacity planning, data integrity, high volume HR data entry, and accuracy in both SuccessFactors and ADP. Lead design and enhancement of HR systems, in partnership with IT for execution, with a focus on streamlined integration, and usability. Manage all supporting tools including intranet sites, support sites, and process documentation
Actively collaborate with global HR team members and business leaders to design desired systems functionality
Project management of implementation of new functionality in SuccessFactors and all corresponding reporting
Maintains HRIS systems, adds enhancements, fixes problems
Leads testing of upgrades, patches and new applications verify new and existing functionality.
Lead the planning and execution of HR systems (including module implementation) & HR operational related projects, including but not limited to the annual performance process, engagement survey, open enrollment Assesses organizational needs and current HRIS systems, and makes recommendations for improvements or new systems
In partnership with HR team design reporting, analytics and dashboards to provide business intelligence needs in the areas of headcount, data changes, self-service usage, employment trends, etc.
Establishes audit procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data
Create documentation for processes and create training materials for users
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines that impact or govern the Human Resources function; includes SOX compliance and GDPR protocols.
Maintain system security and data integrity audits; end user technical support and problem solving, process ?ow documentation and process change requests; research and resolve HR systems technical problems, engage IT partners as needed
Manages compliance reporting for EEOC, CMS, 1095-C and 1094-C
Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure proper data integrity, data transfer, and assist with reporting for data validation
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
