Main duties:
- Managing HR requests and questions that come in from employees by email
- Entering new hires, terms, transfers, and data changes in the system
- Allocating and escalating work that comes through the Service Center to the appropriate team
- Supporting all HR functions in administrative tasks
- Working with HR departments to document policies and procedures
- Assisting in audit and report requests that come in
- Coordinating calendars and creating invites for events and meetings
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- High School Degree or GED Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 0-3 years working experience
- Customer Service experience and skills
- Basic Excel skills preferred
