Main duties:

  • Managing HR requests and questions that come in from employees by email
  • Entering new hires, terms, transfers, and data changes in the system
  • Allocating and escalating work that comes through the Service Center to the appropriate team
  • Supporting all HR functions in administrative tasks
  • Working with HR departments to document policies and procedures
  • Assisting in audit and report requests that come in
  • Coordinating calendars and creating invites for events and meetings

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • High School Degree or GED Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 0-3 years working experience
  • Customer Service experience and skills
  • Basic Excel skills preferred
