  • Work with managers on recruitment /hiring process.
  • Assist in the recruiting process; using recruiting tools
  • Recruiting applicants through development and use of community partners, job fairs, and other methods
  • Scheduling phone and onsite interviews
  • Interviewing candidates accordingly
  • Scheduling background checks and drug screens


  • Minimum 2 years human resources experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
  • Strong computer skills; ability to learn and work with new programs
  • High school diploma or GED required; one year of college or technical training preferred
  • Highest commitment to quality customer service
  • Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
