Main Responsibilities: 

  • Perform administrative duties necessary for the HR department. 

  • Participate in global strategic development of the company’s plans/programs. 

  • Advise on the impact of programs as they relate to attraction, motivation, development and retention of talent. 

  • Ensuring procedures and policies are in conformance with HR related regulations and statues. 

  • Implementing Human Resource programs and policies as needed by the organization. 

  • Identifying, evaluating and helping to resolve human relations, employee morale, work performance and organizational productivity concerns. 

  • Ensuring that job descriptions for all employee positions are accurate. 

  • Developing strategies and implementing programs and plans for staffing

  • Identifying and cultivating effective sources for employees for all job levels. 

  • Creating employee training and organizational development programs. 

  • Conducting performance reviews with managers and monitoring employee attitudes, productivity, and performance outcomes. 

  • Assisting with recruiting of top quality employees for each department;  conducting interviews as needed. 

  • Provide administration for employee benefits. 



  • A Bachelor’s Degree with professional HR qualification is required.  

  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources required and strong experience in working for a manufacturing company.
