Main Responsibilities:

Perform administrative duties necessary for the HR department.

Participate in global strategic development of the company’s plans/programs.

Advise on the impact of programs as they relate to attraction, motivation, development and retention of talent.

Ensuring procedures and policies are in conformance with HR related regulations and statues.

Implementing Human Resource programs and policies as needed by the organization.
-
Identifying, evaluating and helping to resolve human relations, employee morale, work performance and organizational productivity concerns.

Ensuring that job descriptions for all employee positions are accurate.

Developing strategies and implementing programs and plans for staffing
-
Identifying and cultivating effective sources for employees for all job levels.
-
Creating employee training and organizational development programs.
-
Conducting performance reviews with managers and monitoring employee attitudes, productivity, and performance outcomes.

Assisting with recruiting of top quality employees for each department; conducting interviews as needed.

Provide administration for employee benefits.
Qualifications:
-
A Bachelor’s Degree with professional HR qualification is required.
-
10+ years of experience in Human Resources required and strong experience in working for a manufacturing company.
