4 to 6 month Instructional Designer 

The client's HR department is in need of a LMS Admin.

Responsibilities:
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Maintain and support training content (SCORM files, PDFs, videos), curricula, courses, classes, rosters, assignments, enrollments, profiles, rules, permissions, skills, notifications, and user accounts in the LMS. Tests and deploys all e-learning modules. Support employees in accessing the LMS, launching courses, and completing assignments. Troubleshoot and resolves issues.

Instructional Design - Design and develop creative, engaging, and effective learning experiences and solutions to support the personal and professional growth of employee development. Conduct analysis to identify the most effective modality for learning solutions to include instructor-led training, eLearning, virtual classroom, microlearning, videos, performance support, job aids, and other relevant training materials. Write clear and effective learning objectives, course content, scenarios, media scripts, practice activities, and assessments. Create and maintain eLearning courses using Articulate 360 and other authoring/development tools as required.

Program support Work with L&D leadership in supporting the administration of employee development initiatives. Assist with preparation and logistics for onsite and virtual training events.

Data analytics and reporting Maintain training compliance reports and coordinate follow-up with employees/managers.

Skills:
Ability and experience designing and developing Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Training, and Self-Guided Training (eLearning) using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
Well-versed in and demonstrated application of instructional design methodologies, needs analysis, and adult learning theory techniques.
Experience in testing SCORM files and managing employee assignments within an LMS.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple assignments concurrently and meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt/respond in a dynamic, face-paced environment.
Ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving.
Strong written and verbal communication.
MS Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency required.
