Summary:
Handling inventory and be accountable for taking inventory and keeping inventory up to date
Design/implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages
Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment
Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
Resolve orders, items, locations, and lot code discrepancies
Prepare inventory reporting
Arrange the picking of item in accordance to specifications provided by the Company
Cycle count of inventory items when requested. Requires conducting regular physical verification to determine actual quantity and account for variances
Assist purchasing to make inventory levels are being maintained
Education and Experience
Experience in inventory (purchasing and procurement a plus)
Working knowledge of project management principles and practices
Knowledge of inventory and supply chain systems (MRP/ERP systems)
High competency level in Excel and MS Office applications
