Lead Mechanical Operator

Main responsibilities: 

• Setup and operate semi-automated assembly fixtures and equipment 

• Work in manufacturing environment with primary function being mechanical component assembly 

• Work in clean room environment where jacket, hair net and shoe covers are required  

• Interpret and follow procedures and work instructions to perform manual assembly operations  

• Record build component data in tracking database  

• Work with the engineering team for additional tasks related to product development and root cause analysis 

• Dedicated to safety while working, and communicating any safety concerns to prevent workplace injuries and accidents 

Qualifications 

• Working in a cleanroom environment

• Experience in working with automated equipment 

• Strong communication skills

• Detail oriented with Documentation
