We are currently seeking a LMS Administrator, EMCP in Trumbull, CT.
Position Summary and Special Duties:
As a (an) LMS Administrator, your day to day duties will consist of and may not be limited to:
Position Summary:
The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will support the EMCP Organizational Change Team and is responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of the LMS platform . This position will provide implementation support for the EMCP Program and ongoing process improvements to meet the training needs of each project. Specific emphasis will be on the creation of eLearning courses, curriculum development, course assignments, and reports management , with a strong focus on meeting compliance and regulatory requirements. The ideal fit for this role will be a highly collaborative and motivated self-starter, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for course creation, either within the LMS platform or via content upload from a third-party vendor
Manages user accounts/ groups by adding, updating, and deactivating users on an ongoing basis
Creates role-based curriculum a
Ensures users are assigned accurate and timely coursework to meet regulatory requirements
Manages courses by updating content when SOPs or work instructions are modified
Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of user data
Creates, schedules, and tracks classroom training sessions and all necessary logistics
Monitors course completion, maintains training documentation, and prepares management reports as required
Provides ongoing support to users and troubleshoots technical issues as needed
Qualifications:
3 -5 y ears of LMS or eLearning development experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong emphasis on Excel and Word applications
Skilled in communicating effectively across all levels of the organization
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Able to gather and compile data, develop analysis e s , and manage reporting
In-depth understanding of Instructional Design and Adult Learning Theory preferred
DETAILS:
Duration: 6 months temp to permanent
Location: Trumbull, CT.
Salary: 70-75K / 30-35hr.
