DESCRIPTION:Solves engineering-related problems; provide water resource, water quality, distribution system, and water treatment capital and maintenance planning as necessary for the efficient utilization of the companies’ resourcesImplements and leads the Business Case Evaluation process. Performs Business Case Evaluations for capital projects and programs in support of Asset Management practices. Assists and leads project managers in evaluations.Assists in and performs the development and implementation of policies and procedures pursuant to short- and long-term facilities master planning, business continuity, and disaster recovery.Manages the planning, budgeting, design, permitting and construction of facilities, treatment, distribution or other capital improvement and maintenance projects as necessary.Conducts applied research and oversees hydraulic modeling analysis; write technical reports identifying system deficiencies and recommended solutions; conduct investigations, analyses, and evaluations. Project Overview:The Project Engineer I supports the Customer Project Delivery department in achieving the Business Unit's goals to improve energy efficiency and stimulate new energy technologies in New York State through the implementation of physical projects. The Project Engineer I works with customers to develop projects incorporating energy efficiency measures to reduce the customers' energy consumption. Overview Procurement Analyst will provide executive level and cross-functional support of all financial analysis and reporting needs, assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, audit large spend invoices for accuracy and compliance to the contract, and manage all corporate credit card accounts.
