Job Duties:
-
Planning and adjusting own schedule to meet priorities on a daily basis.
-
Checking and reviewing data for accuracy and completeness independently.
-
Interacting with group members to coordinate functions and maximize efficiency.
-
Resolving routine manufacturing problems independently / utilizing the appropriate technical group resource and problem solving techniques.

Communicating with vendors.

Reading operation manuals and contributing to writing of SOP's.
-
Contributing to preparation and completion of deviation reports.
-
Communicating effectively in situations involving pressure.
-
Demonstrating the ability to apply knowledge of the cGMP Regulations.

Demonstrating knowledge and fundamental understanding of operating computer-controlled production equipment.
-
Performing numerous tasks ranging from basic to complex functions.
-
Demonstrating knowledge of applicable software.
-
Performing inventory transactions and troubleshoots discrepancies.

Recommending process/quality improvements.

Offering innovative solutions to manufacturing problems.
-
Recognizing and suggesting personal objectives which complement and support group and organizational goals. Influences others in meeting their group objectives through support and cooperation.
Education:
-
Associates Degree in a science related field and 1-2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing environment or a High school diploma with 3 – 5 years work experience in a manufacturing and/or quality environment.
