Purchasing Administrator


Essential Job Duties:

Combination of administrative and operations support to ensure business is operating effectively and efficiently

- Perform daily & long-term calendar management for department managers

- Responsible for taking, organizing and distributing meeting minutes to team members

- Identify and appropriate nonessential responsibilities from department managers

- Manage the engineering EPI Master schedule daily

- Support Quality Compliance efforts

- Support ISO Audit events

- Liaison to third party IT support groups; manage internal IT Inventory

- Develop and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as identified by supporting department managers

- Book travel & accommodations for internal/external customers

- Order office supplies

- Update phone system & website with Employee News regarding delays/closures


Educational and Experience Requirements:

- Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree preferred

- 1-3 years’ experience with Customer Service/Administrative support in a like manufacturing environment

- 1-3 years’ experience with IT Support as liaison to IT vendor

- 1-3 years’ Office Management experience

- Excellent computer skills in a windows environment; MRP/ERP software, MS Office, Excel
