Operations Support Administrator
Essential Job Duties:
- Combination of administrative, information technology and operations support to ensure business is operating effectively and efficiently
- Gather departmental information to help identify areas of business that can be improved
- Delegating and/or communicating information to other parties on behalf of executive team
- Daily & long-term C-Level Executive agenda review
- Meeting notation, organization & distribution to team members
- Incorporate nonessential responsibilities from executives & department managers
- Provide Compliance support to Quality Manager
- Liaison to third party IT support groups
- IT Inventory management
- ERP Software technical knowledge & support
- Book travel & accommodations for internal/external
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years' experience with material planning in a manufacturing
- 1-3 years' experience with IT Support
