Main Responsibilities:
- Assembly of optical and mechanical parts according to specifications.

Generating test plans; performing electrical, mechanical, and optical tests for a variety of systems.

Contributing to the design and implementation of tooling, fixturing, processes and procedures.

Interfacing with vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Education - High School technical training and/or an Associate Degree.
- 3+ years of related experience in building and troubleshooting, electro-mechanical or optical instruments, assemblies and subassemblies.
- Must have good mechanical aptitude and assembly skills for handling optical fiber and optical components
