RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them
  • appropriately
  • Administrate Envoy System, our electronic visitor management system
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in preparation for visitor’s meetings by scheduling and preparing meeting space and catering needs if applicable, keeping meeting rooms in good order
  • Maintain coffee /water station in front end
  • Create and maintain Outlook Visitor Calendar
  • Order office and kitchen supplies, and maintain storage of these supplies
  • Maintenance of shredder and copy machine supplies
  • Support special projects (ie scanning and creating electronic filing systems)
  • Distribute, track, and securely store scientific lab notebooks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an office setting.
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
