Product Manager - National Marketing Campaign
The Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of project scope and product features related to the delivery of National Marketing Campaigns using "standard" waterfall and agile delivery methods.
This role is responsible for all key functional areas related and will become the Technology SME working with the business to ensure that the product/workstream deliver features that result in the highest business value. This role is responsible to ensure all partner functional areas produce and test their required work to deliver the product/offers for Marketing/Operations. This individual will become a Technology SME of the Menu Systems and related tools.
The Project Manager is focused on developing a deep understanding of business needs, consumers, the marketplace, competitors and future trends that relate to the product/workstream; is responsible for the delivery and sign off of user stories, ensuring priorities are aligned to a delivery plan, and all functional requirements are organized and documented.
Ultimately this role is accountable to lead and manage the successful delivery of project and product features to market on time, on budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the project or product lifecycle, the manager provides executive level, clear and concise status and risk mitigation to ensure quality delivery following PMO processes and guidelines. The Project Manager will work closely with the Sr. Program Manager, BAs, Scrum Masters and Development leads to ensure successful delivery or project scope.
Retail, Digital, Marketing and Digital Agency experience is a plus. This role requires the ability to work with business stakeholders and understand their vision and the bigger picture while breaking down the work into meaningful increments for the development teams to execute. This ideal candidate is always thinking ahead anticipating roadblocks, dependencies and risks to ensure she/he can deliver on their promises to the business. Must be able to manage multiple projects at different phases in the SDLC and adapt to different work styles; is comfortable working with fluid requirements, large cross functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to align on the delivery approach.
Required Skills -
- SCRUM Product Owner Certification Required. PMI certification or equivalent preferred
- 5-8 years’ experience in software development desired
3 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Product Management or Business Analyst
