Product Surveillance Associate

We are currently seeking a Product Surveillance Associate in Trumbull, CT. As a Product Surveillance Associate your day to day duties will consist of and may not be limited to:

• Support all recall or field safety correction activities.
• Reviewing, evaluating, and investigating product complaints.
• Comply with current FDA and international reporting regulations.
• Maintains the electronic database.
• Provides training and mentorship to support staff and new associates.
• Knowledge of CFR, ISO, MDSAP, EU MDR, and other regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare related or technical field. Degrees that work for this role Biomedical, Public Science, Public Health, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or any Science related degrees.
• 0-1 year of previous experience.   Someone exposed to this in school, they will train and teach someone.  
• Knowledge of MS Office suite.

DETAILS:

• Location: Trumbull, CT
• Duration: Long term to permanent 1 year temp could go permanent or 2 years.
• Pay $20-25hr.
• Needed: Writing Samples needed from when in school-papers, etc.
