Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead multiple project teams within matrix, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Develop program infrastructure as well as assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance


  • Drives translation of product requirements into engineering specification / engineering projects jointly with engineering team
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Assembles and functionally leads project team and ensures achievement of engineering project goals (time, cost, specification) between gate 6 and 7
  • Supports operations team in production planning
  • Develop and manage project budgets with accountability for meeting business objectives

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Discipline and / or Business Administration or related area
  • Greater than 5 years working in an advanced program management role with strong experience as a project manager of large and complex multi-disciplinary projects
  • Greater than 5 years working experience in high-tech environment
  • Capital Equipment or Semiconductor exp, a plus
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills with broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation
  • Ability to understand the wider business and strategic objectives of the program
  • Work with a wide range of individuals, implementing budget and resource allocation
