  • Coordinating resources and third parties/vendors to meet project milestones.  

  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on-time and within scope.  

  • Assisting in the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility by holding necessary reviews.  

  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation.  

  • Developing a project plan to monitor, track and communicate progress.  

  • Managing changes to the project scope and schedule using verification techniques.  

  • Identifying and highlighting dependencies, risks, and opportunities.

  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Reporting and escalating to management.  

  • Helping management prioritize projects based on resource availability, opportunity and risk analysis.  

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors, if necessary.  

  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.  

Experience and Qualifications 

  • Seeking 5+ years of working experience in project management in precision machinery/capital equipment industry or a related industry.  

  • Strong track record to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.  

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking.  

  • Proven skills to solve complex problems with ambiguity.  

  • Excellent internal communication skills, excellent written, verbal and remote communication skills.  

  • Self-motivator with ability to work in a fast-pace environment under minimum supervision.  

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project.
