QC Inspector

QC Inspector – manufacturing incoming QC experience needed 3-5 yrs, and good computer skills.

• Perform all inspection of specified incoming parts
• Review for dimensional and structural accuracy on build to print parts, and quality for off-the-shelf parts
• Inspect and measure materials for conformance to established quality standards
• Write DR’s in a timely manner and enter them into the Quality System, sending them to be acted upon by purchasing or production
• Accurately read blue prints, interpret engineering specs using knowledge of Geometric Dimension and Tolerances
• Process DR’s from production, and other areas, in a timely manner
• Accurately use all standard measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines
• Process and update RMA’s in a timely manner
• Complete required documents and reports through computer data entry
• Identify and communicate quality issues and offer ideas for improvements
• Interact with all company departments as it pertains to any quality issues
