We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector in Holyoke, MA.  Our client designs and creates products for a variety of industries, including medical, aerospace, energy, and automotive. The products can be encountered in many everyday applications, such as driving a car, flying in an airplane, using electronics, or shopping at a grocery store.

Position Summary and Special Duties: The duties of this position include a wide variety of responsibilities and authorities in the area of Quality Assurance:

• Review and set-up of all 1^st pc documentation to support 1^st pc inspection. Includes review and prove out of engineering operation sheets for 1^st time production run.
• Provide 1^st pc inspection for CNC machining operations (CNC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC Swiss Screw Machining, etc.)
• Program and Operate CMM machines. Our equipment is Brown & Sharp, and the software is PC-DMIS. Comparable equipment and software acceptable.
