?Working with a company in Winston-Salem looking for a short term temporary Administrative Assistant to work in Quickbooks.  This person will be responsible for the following:

  1. Enter subcontractor bills, vendor bills, credit card receipts into quick book by vendor, by job, by category 
  2. Enter in written checks for subcontractor and vendor bills to mark as paid.
  3. Enter in checks as deposits and post to job
  4. Reconcile Lowe’s charges paid by Lowe’s statement 
  5. Print out 1099 for one passed employee and subcontractors and a few vendors, and mail ready.
  6. File receipts and invoices into file system 
  7. Clean up a few items in QB at the end to get ready to close for taxes.
