We are seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 6 month contract assignment. The role will perform full life cycle recruitment on a variety of roles including Operations, Supply Chain and Field Service Engineers.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: • Project manage a full load of open requisitions from intake to offer acceptance

• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for the division’s hiring needs

• Perform searches employing advanced sourcing and candidate identification methods • Communicate progress on hiring activity to leadership and other key stakeholders • Promote and advance the Employer brand to effectively engage and close candidates

• Ensure adherence to all applicable hiring regulatory requirements Minimum


 A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience. Preferably corporate or in-house

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Skilled in the art of sourcing, attraction and candidate-closing techniques

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across the business and collaborate effectively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable dealing with confidential and/or sensitive information or situations
