Robotics Test Technician

Testers will work directly with engineers to execute test cases, troubleshoot issues and employ excellent communication skills to relay information and document issues and solutions in a fast paced development environment.

Responsibilities:

Interface with software and mechanical engineers, and create full coverage test cases for the autonomous robot system
Troubleshoot and communicate issues and behaviors
Employ good documentation practices
Foster a team-based environment
Conduct oneself in a professional and well organized manner

Qualifications:

Minimum of Associates Degree in Robotics, Computer Science or related field, equivalent relevant work experience accepted
Excellent computer skills
Proficient in Linux
Quality Assurance testing experience preferred
Familiarity with Python and bash scripting preferred
Experience with documentation and reporting tools like Confluence and Jira a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Ability to work with a small team, but be highly self-motivated
