Leads the overall scheduling effort to develop and update schedules for projects under the client’s Technology Transfer Program for active transfers associated with sterile drug product solutions. Ensures consistent, integrated reports between projects utilizing tools for efficiently reporting on schedule, resource status.  Other responsibilities may include but not be limited to: attending monthly meetings with all Project Managers (PM) to review, verify, and update high level schedules for all projects. Developing and updating specialized detailed schedules as requested by PMs. Working with contract manufacturing sites to fully integrate transfer schedules providing PMs visibility project status, risks, resource constraints. Validating schedule data against expedition and exporting the information to the Project Center. Providing guidance to PMs in the use of the scheduling tools and other software. Supporting the generation of monthly progress reports at work team and program levels. Developing resource analysis reports to support budget development and identification and mitigation for potential schedule risks. Schedule analysis and presentation of mitigation options for schedule slippage.

Education: Bachelors with 8+ years of experience
