We are currently seeking a Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst in Livingston, NJ.

As a (an) Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to be responsible for the configuration and ongoing administration of the Company’s incentive compensation system.      


  1. Compensation Plan Administration –configure and optimize the incentive plan application to assure timely, accurate payments to all sales reps and comp plans. This includes plan design, analysis, and assurance of reporting accuracy. 

  2. Sales Territory Alignment - Maintain territory alignments for business units utilizing digital mapping software. Prepare new alignments when required based on business needs, staffing changes, and acquisitions.  Work with Sales leadership to develop new territory alignments based on current and potential sales volume.

  3. Data Integrity – partner with IT resources to ensure that transaction level sales data is formatted and transmitted properly to align with commission plan requirements.     

  4. Provide support for the commission payroll process and assist in resolving and/or reconciling compensation issues.

  5. Maintain accurate historical data for use in salary surveys and competitive market analyses as needed.

  6. Ad hoc Reporting – Support cross functional groups such as Finance, Marketing, etc., with their information and reporting needs.

  7. Other duties or tasks as assigned by the manager.


  1. Must have strong, hands-on experience with Xactly, Varicent or  Payfactors Incentive Compensation Management tools and territory alignment applications.   

  2. The candidate must have an aptitude for understanding systems and improving processes.

  3. Must be able to prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines. 

  4. Experience with data mining tools such as Business Objects and Power BI is a plus.

  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  6. Candidate must possess a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. 

  7. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  8. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
