- Work with line manager to develop the consumer testing, claims support strategy, and claims support dossiers for innovation projects
- Plan technical, clinical and consumer testing to generate relevant support data
- Lead the cross-functional discussions on claims modification (with Brand, Regulatory/Legal, Regional teams)
- Lead the transfer work of front and back of pack claims/ TV claims support to the Regional teams from line manager
- Interface with the Claims Network to capture regional needs to guarantee that they are reflected on the global claims requirements and consumer testing plans.
- Deliver outstanding communications for our innovations that are robustly supported in technical and consumer understanding.
