Service Technician

• Technical background-ability to disassemble and assemble mechanical sub-assemblies.
• Ability to use basic hand power tools such as; screw drivers, screw drills, wrenches, etc.…
• Experience leading a service or repair area – desire to have supervisory experience
• Ability to plan work (schedule with customers, plan material and resources required
• Comfortable with computers- Google, Gmail, MS Office, and MRP/ERP data entry
• Strong work ethic/ initiative, and strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with vendor purchase orders
• Experience with RMA’s
• Experience with ISO environment or Experience with inventory cycle counts
• Comply with company quality management system

Pluses:

• Experience working in a health care setting such as a hospital
• Hazmat shipping experience
• Experience with Salesforce
• Lean Manufacturing 5S Workplace and/or Kanban production control system
• Ability to use forklift truck
• Identify product specifications for parts and source for part numbers
• Annually complete continuous improvement job skill training course to upgrade skills
