Working with a client in the Garland, TX area looking for a Senior Vice President of Sales. This is working with a dynamic sales organization with the following responsibilities:

  • Develop sales metrics and sales teams
  • Proven experience providing sales leadership and developing a sales organization
  • Set clear objectives ensuring high performance
  • Select and retain high performing sales professionals

The main focus for this role is developing sales metrics. Proven experience developing a sales organization, creating goals, deadlines, etc. which improve the performance of sales and reach organization goals.
