Technical Support Specialist

 

?Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and documenting in-bound technical troubleshooting calls and follow-up in a timely manner
  • Recommending customer service improvement programs for existing and new products
  • Assisting in creating and updating service procedures and troubleshooting guides
  • Delivering field service and building customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies and procedures, QSR and ISO regulations

Educational Background:

AS in engineering, equivalent technical field degree, or equivalent technical experience

Experience:

  • 3- 5 years in a technical customer support role, preferably with complex medical devices
