Job Duties: 

  • Providing telephone coverage for incoming technical questions and product problems primarily from customers and to serve as a back-up for technicians
  • Providing technical assistance over the telephone primarily to customers 
  • Make occasional service visits when the situation demands it
  • Familiar with Bills of Materials and schematics
  • Prepare warranty parts approval requests with an extremely high level of accuracy
  • Involved in seeking out product improvements that will lead to production enhancements to provide input to customer complaints system and other corrective actions
  • Providing parts sold information to techs on a monthly basis to promote overall service


  • High school diploma
  • Strong verbal communication skills
