Job Duties:
- Providing telephone coverage for incoming technical questions and product problems primarily from customers and to serve as a back-up for technicians
- Providing technical assistance over the telephone primarily to customers
- Make occasional service visits when the situation demands it
- Familiar with Bills of Materials and schematics
- Prepare warranty parts approval requests with an extremely high level of accuracy
- Involved in seeking out product improvements that will lead to production enhancements to provide input to customer complaints system and other corrective actions
- Providing parts sold information to techs on a monthly basis to promote overall service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask,
- Customer focus
- Strong computer skills
