Coaching on continuous improvement methodologies & toolsImplementation of basic maintenance process and settings for the designated product line(s).Engage in planning process for Maintenance activities.Lead Maintenance activity for respective line in conjunction with Preventative Maintenance Leader.Maintain critical equipment settings, standards and close loop on changes made.Building maintenance skills for Technicians and Operators.Provide Training and Coaching to Operators and Technicians on DTM/ PPM Maintenance activities and standards.
