Project Overview:Billing requests are done daily for CPD - either for lump sum, payment plans or financed.Lump Sum billing requests are done as milestones throughout the project when the Project Manager requests them.The requests are either done by contract, dollar levels or when the Customer requests them.The Payment plans are done to reduce the IDC/STF on the projects.Both the Lump sum and Payment Plan Billing requests are to limit the IDC /STF charges on the projects.The Financed projects are usually done at the end of the project when the project is reconciled.The Billing analyst will help in preparing these billing requests and the payments that come in Job Functions and Responsibilities:Prepare Billing requests in Primavera Learn SAP and prepare the SAP sales orders and request the Sales invoices from Accounting Gather the documentation for the Billing requests - Sales invoice, backup and send to Customer Record payment from Customer in PrimaveraWork with Project Leads and Managers on delinquent payments with Customers Maintain Billing tracking schedules Perform system reconciliation between Primavera and SAP Skills:MS ExcelLearn Primavera Communication SkillsExperience with SAPExperience with Procore helpful Education and Certifications:Bachelors in Business Administration or related field. We are currently seeking a Procurement Analyst for a client in New Haven, CT but 100% Remote EST. Overview Procurement Analyst will provide executive level and cross-functional support of all financial analysis and reporting needs, assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, audit large spend invoices for accuracy and compliance to the contract, and manage all corporate credit card accounts. Also, acts as a back up to all Buyer's in the event of an absence and during high volume periods. Core Responsibilities Manage and reconcile all corporate credit card accounts, ensuring all proper documentation is in order, proper accounts are charged, and approvals have been obtained. Monitor for fraud or employee misuse and escalate as needed.Support senior management and functional departments with in-depth analysis as required, including but not limited to sourcing projects, budgets, invoices, and contracts; provide ad-hoc analysis to resolve issues and support business decisions.Audit monthly invoices for Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance to the pricing set forth in the contract. Support financial planning and budgeting, ensuring that all financial targets are met, and examining any areas where budgets and expenditure exceed their agreed tolerances. Escalate as needed. Reconciles and researches inquiries that come from the supplier and/or from internal departments. Identifies expense trends and makes recommendations to achieve cost efficiency. Escalates issues regarding quality, delivery, and discrepancies. Acts as a back up to all Buyer's in the event of an absence and during high volume periods. Negotiates with vendors and procures routine and complex goods and services required to ensure efficient operations and that the required goods and services are procured in a timely manner that is consistent with internal requirements. Ensures a competitive environment is created before funds are committed by using full and open competition among suppliers, conducted in a manner that is fair, ethical, and transparent using discretion purchases in an effort to ensure cost savings when needed. Manage inventory for projects which run in SMT. 1-5 years of industry experience or equivalent. IPC 610 Certification preferred. Hand placement of difficult parts. Capable of training and supervising others.
