We are presently on the lookout for a dynamic professional as SMT Operator in Seymour, CT.Position Summary and Key Responsibilities:As a SMT Operator, you will be responsible for operating screen printer, paste inspection, pick, and place, and reflow oven. Works in conjunction with group leader, setup person, and parts coordinator in the setup and running of jobs on machines as directed by the supervisor. Key Responsibilities:Communicates and listens effectively in a professional and courteous manner.Ability to solve minor problems and recognize bigger problems that require supervisor assistance.Good attention to detail and organizational skills.Works as a member of a team.Functions under time pressure.Gets along with co-workers. Demonstrate a proficient knowledge of feeders. Load/unload reflow oven. 0-3 years of industry experience or equivalent is required. (Level II.) Operator can perform complex assembly tasks with little supervision using assembly instructions with high accuracy and high speed, including:Perform daily maintenance on the machines.Setup/tear down the screen printer, load stencil, monitor paste.Setup pick and place feeders, load programs into the machine, perform minor editing functions.Demonstrate a working knowledge of Fuji-tracks. Analyze and interpret management data from Fuji-tracks. Demonstrate working knowledge of screen printer, paste inspection, pick, and place, and reflow oven. Recall proper oven profile. Manage inventory for projects which run in SMT. 1-5 years of industry experience or equivalent. IPC 610 Certification preferred. Hand placement of difficult parts. Capable of training and supervising others. We are presently on the lookout for a dynamic professional as Manufacturing Administrator in Seymour, CT.Position Summary and Key Responsibilities:As a Manufacturing Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the manufacturing and quality functions. The Individual will manage the reporting of operational statistics gathered by manufacturing leaders and perform some high-level analysis of those results. In addition, the individual will be the chief administrator of the Talent Management System (TMS). The individual will aid in the maintenance of talent records for individuals. They will also maintain the integrity of the updated Area Work Instructions and Quality Work Instructions as managers update the documentation. Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a candidate who is highly proficient in utilizing various computer programs and possesses a strong aptitude for technology. Product weekly statistics on job completion times as compared to estimated times. Work with manufacturing managers and supervisors to understand product schedules and completion criteria. Track utilization and up-time of key hardware on the manufacturing floor. Partner with the VP of Quality to maintain the integrity of the TMS system as new processes are documented. Manage the workflow of training records which pass between individuals, managers and TMS coordinators. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning new software applications, with the ability to independently navigate and utilize unfamiliar programs efficiently. They should exhibit a keen problem-solving ability, enabling them to quickly adapt to new environments and effectively troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise. Job Qualifications:High School diploma required. Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Under general supervision, may develop, write, and edit material for quality manual documents including Quality Operating Procedures, Quality Work Instructions, Detailed Operator Work Instructions.Under general supervision, may observe production, developmental and experimental activities to document operating procedure and detail. Under general supervision, may interview production and engineering personnel to become familiar with product technologies and production methods. This also includes control tasks to ensure that technical documentation is reviewed on time. Work directly with assemblers and manufacturing engineers to determine document content. Obtain illustrations using digital camera, modeling software, and illustration software. Revise existing documents to conform to engineering and process changes. Check your own and peer writer documents for accuracy and completeness. Work with proprietary enterprise data management system to publish or revise documents. Job Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and written communication skillsExperience writing instructional or procedural documentation.Experience or background in manufacturing.Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment. We are currently seeking a Production Operator in West Chester, OH As a (an) Production Operator your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to: Perform bench work to bring complex parts with tight tolerance to customer specifications by sawing, sanding with hand tools and machinery, and adjusting parts, as needed, prior to inspection. Drill, rivet and assemble parts to close tolerance, utilize measuring devices to gauge and measure proper specifications and conformity of manufactured parts, as well as, determine necessary steps to correct any non-conformance parts processed. Work with engineers, managers and quality personnel to resolve problems and ensure conformance parts. Use and interpret complicated prints, drawings and process sheets to perform a variety of layouts, as well as, complete and sign work orders identifying the operations performed. Mix alloy and apply alloy powder/paste to parts as required. Learn and adhere to required safety standards and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: One to Two years of manufacturing background, preferably in Aerospace assembly.Ability to pay exceptional attention to detail and have the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively under deadline pressures while following direction and completing assignments accurately and on time. Proficient computer systems skills. Ability to operate Band Saw, Drill Grinders, Drill Press, Belt Sanders, Fiber Wheels, Orbital Sander, Riveters, Brake Press. Schedule and organize time and tasks effectively Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment Strong organizational skills.
