Project Overview:The Resilience team is responsible for managing and growing its existing programs (Emerging Risk, Transmission Resilience Maturity Model, Resilience Framework, horizon scanning and reporting), and, collaborating with stakeholders to develop a new enterprise-wide resilience approach and programs/processes (Resilience strategy, resilience roadmap, change management plan) to further elevate resilience across the enterprise. This role reports to the Resilience Program Manager and supports the broader resilience team in all aspects of its scope of responsibility. Job Functions & Responsibilities:This role will serve as a Resilience Program Specialist on the Resilience Team. They will be responsible for: - Supporting the Resilience Program Manager with task execution for existing programs. This includes but is not limited to research and analysis on emerging trends and challenges in the utility space and resilience leading practices, providing insights / recommendations to programs and processes based on research, developing / providing input to policies and procedures, supporting meeting preparation and facilitation for stakeholder touchpoints, and other tasks as assigned (PPT development, data analysis, meeting participation / administration, etc.). Supporting the Resilience Team as part of a broader cross-functional team to analyze internal data, conduct research, and develop solutions to overcome resilience challenges and achieve resilience objectives. This includes supporting resilience staff with meeting / workshop preparation and facilitation, participating in working sessions on deliverable development (long-term planning, resilience strategies, resilience roadmap, resilience indicators, change management plans, etc.), and other tasks as assigned to achieve VISION2030 Resilience Pillar objectives.SkillsKnowledge of utility operations, emerging risk programs, resilience principles / programs, or emergency/crisis management Experience working on large, cross-functional programs/projects with many stakeholders.
