Details:Location: White Plains, NYLong-term multi-year contract Pay rate: $40.00hr-$50.00hr depending on experienceSchedule: Monday-Friday hybrid working (3) days onsite and (2) days from home Project Overview:The Project Manager will administratively drive program development, automation, and oversight of information technology compliance and data protection vendor requirements. This key position involves meticulous coordination of project teams, ensures timely executive-level project delivery, and adeptly manage stakeholder expectations. Position requires collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and is instrumental in driving success. JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Skillfully develop project milestones, meticulously tracking tasks and efforts. Collaborates/leads cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with program goals and initiatives. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying necessary resources, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and success. Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and successes to stakeholders, providing regular updates and conducting project reviews as needed. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Engage in regular communication with project stakeholders, providing transparent updates, soliciting feedback, and adeptly managing expectations. Ensure projects follow established IT governance framework and collaborate with teams on timely completion of governance requirements and expectations. Skills:Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley standards and Information Technology governance Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and drive successful outcomes. Experience with project management methodologies and project management tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools: Initiate, Planning: definition/scope/requirements, Execute & Control: scope, work plans, resources, deliverables, Q/A, transition planning, etc., Closure: completion and assessment. Strong and tested project management skills including: Administrative organization, customer satisfaction, expectation management, risk management, process automation, issue resolution, and program compliance. Ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes, analyze decisions and actions for their support of the larger area's strategic direction; and work with senior management to resolve more complex problems. Education & Certifications:Bachelor's degree Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desired.

Performs metal finishing efficiently and properly.Efficiently sets up all work on a rail car from drawings, procedures, and written and verbal instructions.Makes production aids such as templates and hand jigs to assist work.In addition, performs acceptable repairs on any material.Builds jigs, fixtures, and other production time-saving devices from drawings.Uses hand and power (electrical and pneumatic) tools, efficiently.Efficiently assembles wire harnesses and terminates wire ends.From drawings can efficiently route cables or wire in complex areas such as cabs, electric lockers, or train line boxes.Performs soldering to make wire connections.Candidates must be comfortable working indoors and out.
